Algemene voorwaarden online tickets & Huisregels Huygens’ Hofwijck

Tickets

• Blijf thuis bij gezondheidsklachten zoals neusverkoudheid, loopneus, keelpijn, lichte hoest, verhoging, koorts (boven 38 graden Celsius) en/of benauwdheid.
   
• Aangeschafte tickets kunnen niet worden gerestitueerd en/of omgeruild.
   
• Reserveren is niet meer verplicht. Op vertoon van een geldig e-ticket krijg je toegang tot Huygens' Hofwijck én Huygens' Swaensteyn of er kan direct aan de kassa een ticket worden aangekocht. Houders van een Museumkaart dienen bij de entree tevens hun kaart te laten scannen. 
   
• Een vooraf gekocht ticket is uitsluitend geldig op de daarop vermelde datum.
   
• De tijd geeft een indicatie van uw bezoek, u mag hier vanaf wijken.

Privacy

• Wij gebruiken je e-mailadres uitsluitend om je ticket(s) toe te sturen.
   
• Als je je hebt aangemeld voor de nieuwsbrief, word je hiervoor ingeschreven. Je kunt je op elk gewenst moment weer afmelden.
   
• Je ontvangt per e-mail noodzakelijke en/of relevante informatie die van toepassing is op je bezoek. 
   
• Wij onderschrijven de privacy wetgeving zoals vastgelegd in de AVG.

Huisregels in Huygens’ Hofwijck

• Het is niet toegestaan de tentoongestelde objecten aan te raken.
   
• Wij verzoeken je andere bezoekers niet te hinderen met mobiele telefoons.
   
• Het is toegestaan foto’s te maken voor privédoeleinden, maar zonder gebruik van lampen, flitsapparatuur en statieven.
   
• Neem geen etenswaren of drankjes mee de buitenplaats op.
   
• Voor je paraplu en rugzak bevinden zich kluisjes in de garderobe, je mag deze niet meenemen. Grote rugtassen en koffers kunnen wij niet voor je bewaren. 
   
• Honden zijn niet toegestaan, met uitzondering van (blinden)geleidehonden.
   
• Het gehele museum is rookvrij, dit geldt ook voor de tuin.
   
• Volg bij een ontruiming als gevolg van een calamiteit de aanwijzingen van de medewerkers.
   
• Wij aanvaarden geen verantwoordelijkheid voor ongelukken als gevolg van onverantwoord handelen van bezoekers.

Tickets

• • Visitors should not have any health complaints such as colds, runny nose, sore throat, mild cough, elevation, fever (above 38 degrees Celsius) and / or shortness of breath.

  • Purchased (online) tickets are non-refundable and / or exchangeable.

  • You may enter Huygens' Hofwijck and Huygens' Swaensteyn on the date on your online ticket.

  • A reservation is not obligated. You can purchase a ticket online or at the cashdesk of the museum. Only on presentation of a valid (e-)ticket and any necessary discount card or voucher, you will get access to the museum.

  • A pre-purchased entrance ticket is only valid on the date stated on it.

  • The time on the ticket is an indication of your visit, it is possible to enter earlier or later. 

Privacy

• We use your email address to send your ticket(s).

• You will receive by e-mail necessary and / or relevant information that applies to your visit. This includes information on your visit, of an emergency or, for example, a changed corona policy.

• We endorse the privacy legislation as laid down in the GDPR

House rules in Huygens' Hofwijck

• It is not allowed to touch the exhibited objects.

• We request that you do not hinder other visitors with mobile phones.

• It is allowed to take photos for private purposes, but without the use of lamps, flash equipment and tripods.

• Do not take food or drinks out into the museum, house and garden.

• There are lockers in the wardrobe for your umbrella and backpack, you are not allowed to take them with you. We cannot keep large backpacks and suitcases for you.

• Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of (blind) guide dogs.

• The entire museum is non-smoking, including the garden.

• In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the employees.

• We accept no responsibility for accidents resulting from irresponsible actions by visitors.
